The Workroom Pro is a unique Soft Furnishings Software, developed specifically for the needs of drapery workrooms. The Workroom Pro was built by industry professionals for the soft furnishings and workroom industry. Truth be told, it was conceived out of frustration. Sue Parten owned and operated a drapery workroom for 30+ years and was hoping to find a software solution on the market. There wasn’t one so she decided to build it.

Sue was introduced to Vikas Hawaldar, the owner of a software development company. Vikas’ company, VSky solutions, based in Florida, had a team of experienced developers, and agreed to develop a software that would meet the needs of her workroom. VSky initially was hired to develop the software for Sue’s company to use exclusively, but it worked so well and was so effective that they decided it should be available to all workrooms. The Workroom Pro was born.

The Workroom Pro is designed to cut down on the amount of paperwork and data entry required to process an order. Starting with the quote request, followed by the estimating process, and on to the order and the work order, it has traditionally been a paperwork intensive, error prone process. The goal was to automate the process to decrease time spent on paperwork and eliminate costly errors. From Quote request through order processing and project management, The Workroom Pro does it all.

Vsky and Sue have been improving and testing this software for over 2 years and are proud to introduce The Workroom Pro to the market. This drapery software solution is now available to all drapery workrooms. Priced so that even the smallest workroom can afford it, but big enough to meet the needs of large workrooms as well.
